Presenters:

Pat Fosarelli, MD, DMin, MAT, teaches in the areas of spirituality, practical theology, and faith & health at St. Mary’s Ecumenical Institute, and also serves on the faculty at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (Department of Pediatrics).

John Hayes, PhD, ABPP, MAT, is a psychologist and psychoanalyst, and a priest of the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland, who is on the clinical staff of The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt Hospital and serves on the faculty of numerous institutions.

Felicia Thomas, PhD, MDiv, is an Associate Professor of History & Geography at Morgan State University, where she teaches courses related to African-American women, slavery, colonial United States, and women and gender.

Brian Volck, MD, MFA, MAT, is a theologian, essayist, poet, and pediatrician, with extensive intercultural experience in Central America and on the Navajo Nation.

Students registered for the Fall 2023 PT653 Trauma and Healing course will attend the workshop as part of their class and do not need to register for the workshop.
